Stillness isn’t something you find—it’s something you remember. This session is a soft and welcoming introduction to meditation, designed especially for those just beginning their journey. After a thoughtful consultation, we’ll explore which style of meditation resonates most with your energy, your lifestyle, and your intentions. From there, your practice begins—not with pressure or perfection, but with curiosity and ease. You’ll be gently guided into a space of quiet awareness, where the mind settles and the connection to your inner self begins to unfold. Research shows that regular meditation can reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional well-being—even after just a few sessions. As Deepak Chopra says, “Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there.” Tip: Don’t worry about “doing it right”—simply showing up is where the magic begins.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule must provide at least 24 hours’ notice in order to reschedule their appointment. Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notification are not eligible for rescheduling. For the safety of clients and practitioners, CRR Wellness reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, hazardous travel conditions, or local advisories. Weather-related decisions are based on real-time conditions and are made at the earliest reasonable time. In some circumstances, notice may be provided as little as one to two hours prior to the scheduled session. When CRR Wellness initiates a weather-related reschedule, the session will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Refunds are not issued for weather-related rescheduling. Clients who arrive late will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, subject to practitioner availability. Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, and services will be provided for the remaining duration only.
