Service Description
Some things are not meant to be carried forever. These sessions are designed as an ongoing ritual—one you can return to whenever you feel the call to release, reset, and begin again. Before the Reiki begins, we co-create a personalized release ceremony, thoughtfully arranged during your consultation. This sacred moment allows you to consciously let go of what no longer serves you—old patterns, heavy emotions, or lingering energy. From there, Reiki gently flows in, supporting your energetic clearing and creating space for something new to emerge—lighter, clearer, and more aligned. Studies in emotional processing show that intentional release practices can significantly reduce stress and improve overall well-being, especially when paired with calming, meditative techniques. As Lao Tzu said, “When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.” This session is where that transformation begins. Tip: Write down what you’re ready to release beforehand—naming it gives your energy permission to let it go.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule must provide at least 24 hours’ notice in order to reschedule their appointment. Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notification are not eligible for rescheduling. For the safety of clients and practitioners, CRR Wellness reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, hazardous travel conditions, or local advisories. Weather-related decisions are based on real-time conditions and are made at the earliest reasonable time. In some circumstances, notice may be provided as little as one to two hours prior to the scheduled session. When CRR Wellness initiates a weather-related reschedule, the session will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Refunds are not issued for weather-related rescheduling. Clients who arrive late will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, subject to practitioner availability. Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, and services will be provided for the remaining duration only.
